Not much information is available about this fig other than the reference on the Food Forrest Fig Collection and the reference in the Rare and Heritage Cultivar Book as being “collected by Tony Stevens (of the Food Forrest) and named in the honour of the couple who gave him the cuttings”.
Obtained two seasons ago from a fig collector in South Australia, fruits are expected this season. Said to look like an Adriatic strain, a lovely sweet fig, quite rare and a great addition to a fig collection.
