Macedonian Black
Originally sourced from a Macedonian lady who resided in Western Australia. It made its way to Australia in the 70s and is apparently "the best fig in the whole of Macedonia".
It bears resemblance to the Black Genoa in shape and size but has a sweeter taste.
A quick growing variety and a quite prolific fruiter
